Personal Profile
Mr. Michal Jan Marciniak
Michal Jan Marciniak is a co-founder and the General Manager of PolGen Research. In September 2006, he became Judge's Assistant at the Regional Court in Turek (Poland).
Mr. Marciniak has been conducting researches since 1996. In 2005, he established PolGen Research as a professional firm that is conducting genealogical research throughout Poland. His more than ten-year professional experience has enabled PolGen Research to access the worldwide client base with core focus on the customers from the USA, England, Canada, Scotland, Australia and New Zealand. He has been supervising and successfully conducting research on more than 35 families, since establishing PolGenResearch. Since 1996, Mr. Marciniak's professional experience outnumbers research on more than 100 families.
Mr. Marciniak is a member of the Disciplinary Court of the Polish Genealogical Association, Warsaw. He is a member of the Warsaw Genealogical Society, Warsaw.
Mr. Marciniak attended European School of Law and Administration (Europejska Wyższa Szkoła Prawa i Administracji) in Warsaw and graduated with a Masters degree in Law in 2003. He has been attending the Professional Legal Training for a judgeship since 2004.
Mr. Pawel Marian Marciniak
Pawel Marian Marciniak is a co-founder of PolGen Research. He brings an international experience to the company, including three years living in England, one year in Sydney (Australia) and a half year in Milan (Italy). His core responsibilities include developing and maintaining the company's image by creating the foundation of corporate values as well as reinforcing those qualities. Mr. Marciniak is his highly involved in preparing marketing and communication plans in order to keep and increase existing business. He is also responsible for effective communication with key clients.
Mr. Marciniak was previously working in the UK for GE Money, the consumer finance division of General Electric. He was accountable for verification and payout of FIAT Auto Financial Services documents and assisting the work of Dealers and Zone Managers in the whole UK. Mr. Marciniak has also co-ordinated several marketing researches in Poland and England for multinational enterprises.
Mr. Marciniak holds a Diploma in Business from the Australian Catholic University in Sydney, Australia. He graduated a Bachelor's degree with honours in business studies from Leeds Business School in the UK. In 2006, he enrolled in Master of Science in International Business and Management at Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester. He complemented his Master's studies with an exchange through the Partnership in the International Management consortium at the Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
